This TCEL listing also includes Equivalencies for courses, however, the listing doesn’t show any differences in credit hours between institutions. Furthermore, while TCEL lists courses that are comparable to courses taught at other institutions It is important to note that the Office of Admissions’ evaluations are based on current data.
Although your previous work might be acceptable, it is important to review its academic implications. If you’re not able finish the course work and you are unable to complete it, you might want to try again. Insure that you score at minimum a “C” in the course in addition to meeting any other conditions set by the university. A course that you have taken two or three times can affect your cumulative GPA which is why you must be aware in deciding whether to repeat the course.
